How many calories should I be eating?
I'm 5'3.5", relatively sedentary, 23 years old, and weigh 167 pounds. My goal is no higher than 130, preferably as low as 120. I'd like to lose 2 pounds a week if possible...but I don't know how to do it. I keep getting conflicting information, some people outright telling me, "I'm telling you the RIGHT way to do it, treat weight loss as a priority and not a convenience" and all this bull. (How in the **** am I treating it as a convenience anyways? It's one of the very most important things I'm focusing on right now...)
How do I know how many calories I should be eating when I have a dozen different people nagging me? I'm starting to get discouraged. =(
