Default Hello, new to the board

My name is Meme I am 42 I workout every morning at 5:00 5 days a week. In seven months loss 100 pounds , but still have so much more to go. I am a stay home mom of 2 babies, I also have a 21 year old, but 21 years ago the weight came off so much easier!!!!

So I am working out drinking a gallon of water EVERYDAY, eating salads, veggies protien powder for protein but I think where I went wrong is I started juicing for about three months and I was getting to much sugar. I really don't know what going on, but the first 100 pounds went really easy now I am having a hard time.
I started out at around 290 and now I am I think about 180 or less.

Anyway I just wanted to get some support, being a stay home mom sometimes is hard, not very many people to talk to thanks for listening. Meme

Welcome. I am relatively new here too. I like to visit the challenge pages. The same people visit over and over, so you get familiar with the names and faces, really helpfull in feeling like you are not alone.

Your weight loss is terrific. Here's to keeping it off!

I am 30 pounds lighter than I was a year and a half ago.

Just wondering, how close are you to your goal weight, or healthy weight? For me the first 25 pounds were much easier, but now I am within 10 pounds of my goal weight, and things are quite a bit different. For one thing, I am so close to my goal that I don't really have the motivation anymore. And also, I have gotten kind of obsessed with weight loss, I think about food too much, and that creates a kind of internal struggle.

I do WW diet. A lot of the ladies on these sites change their diet when they hit a slump. I haven't tried that.

I am a compulsive overeater, I just try to binge out on veggies most of the time!

Welcome!

-G

Congrats on your weight-loss & welcome to the boards! It's always inspiring to meet someone who takes their health as seriously as you... working out at 5:00?! Losing 100 lbs?! Absolutely amazing.

Wink

I need to lose about 60 more pounds, and I think I know what happen I started eating late at night ooooooolike 8:00!!! That is late for me because I am up so early working out. After I get the girls to bed and my hubby that is my treat. I do not eat anything bad at night 90% of the time soy bean pods, but I know that you sould not eat anything at night.

I have just started and I may be in the wrong place because I have a question...a new person question. Reading about you is most inspiring....now my question. Is Splenda allowed on SB?
I hope I do as well as you.

Welcome, MCI. There is a whole Forum for Sugar Buster Chicks. Perhaps you will get more info over there. Here is the URL. They are a very friendly bunch so ask away! http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/foru...?s=&forumid=62
