Default Hello Everyone

I came across this forum a few days ago and I must say after reading a few different post I feel like I can really relate to the people here, which is a first for me. I am 25 years old and currently at 265 lb. My highest weight was possibly 300 because I do remember the doctor weighing me in at 291 back in 2008. Ive always been the "fat friend" growing up, but looking at that 291lb mark on the scale scared the **** out of me I knew I was overweight but I didn't realize it was THAT bad.

Ive been dieting on and off since that wake up call, but never really had a structured plan til now. I gained back 10lb over the holidays from my last diet. Taking advantage of January and hopefully I can stick to it this year.

I bought a Gazelle Edge at a 2nd hand shop for 30 bucks, so Ive been using that for 30min each day and Calorie counting and already lost 5lb. It feels different this time, Im really excited Ive found 3FC and look forward to hopefully connecting with some of you all. Ill take all the positive encouragement anyone is willing to give me

CoCo, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diet plans, themes, or age groups, so find one that inspires you and just post to join! Be sure to check out the Calorie Counting sub forum.
