Hi everyone *waves*
I am back.. 50 lbs lighter and pregnant... We just found out and couldn't be happier.. I am still on a strict diet and losing but not as fast as I was because of the baby. Doctor said that as long as I am getting 2,500 cals a day that me and baby will be fine..
I broke my tail bone New years eve so that has put a hold on working out.. But my goal is still to get 100 miles in January is by either walking, biking, or jogging.. (Yes I jog.. and jiggle
