Yay! How did you do it?
I'm only down a pound since calorie counting and exercising since Sunday.
But, I guess it is better than nothing at all or gaining?

I'm not eating bread, so I guess that is a start. My friend did the same diet and lost a lot in no time so I figured I try it out. Bread is a comfort food of mine so it's tough but it is certainly already paying off =D

you're about the same height as me, and my goal is 150 also! i know you can do it. i weigh 171 right now, and it feels good to be this close. it took me a year to lose the first 40. but this year, i'm better prepared and ready to go!
Good luck to you!

Yes low carb. I cut out breads and pastas and just getting my carbs from other things. I'm trying to lose weight at a good pace but I want to keep it pretty healthy too. I take a multi-vitamin everyday too. It is very helpful and keeps me running =)
