Default 1 month down...

Just wanted to share really quick... I started this whole journey one month ago, and even though I lost 10 pounds and gained back about 3, the measurements don't lie... I've lost an inch off my hips, waist, and thigh. No change in my upper arm of calf, but I'll take what I can get. I think sometimes it is better not to put so much hope into the number on the scale. I am so glad that I am tracking my measurements now, too. Very motivational to see that change!

Good job! That is a great start! 2 pounds a week is perfectly healthy. I cut out bread for the first time in my life. Im hoping to see quick improvement. Keep going and working it off, you are doing great!

Awesome job! I started six weeks ago. I started obsessing with the number by always getting on the scale. The number fluctuates but the measuring tape doesn't lie. Keep up the good work!

Way to go! Two pounds a week is great. Just think, if you could keep losing two pounds a week, you'll be at goal in less than a year.

Yep! Measurements don't lie! I'm glad you aren't letting that 3lbs get you down. As long as your measurements keep moving, don't worry about the scale

I started a low carb diet for the first time in my life in November, after swearing for a decade they were stupid and a fad (Apparently I was wrong). The beginning was AWFUL but I'm done going through the change and it's great! I lost TEN pounds in the first WEEK. Though, to be fair I had gained those 10lbs the month before the diet so they were easier to get off but you should totally see some quick results on the scale!

It is so unbelievably tough but I saw that this diet worked so well for my friend when he did it. He lost 75 pounds in just five months. Though I will introduce grains and stuff back into my diet two months from now, I'm hoping to see a great improvement to this diet like my friend did and you. It is tough because bread is a huge comfort food of mine but i'm striving and working hard. I'm on day three and doing pretty darn well. I'm actually really excited today.
