You CAN do this! A new year is a great time to begin anew. In fact today marks my one year anniversary of my weight loss journey. Even if you do not have an official weight loss plan in place (weight watchers, south beach, other) just making small changes in your diet will do wonders. No more soda, not much juice, drink lots of water, stop using sour cream and find healthy snack options. At first it will seem overwhelming but like any habit it will become a way of life and you will feel SO GREAT at the end of every single day!
It sounds like you have a lot of goals this year. Just keep things in check and don't feel overwhelmed.
I don't think you can do this. I KNOW YOU CAN! And so do you, right?!?
