I love face in hole........if you dont know what it is its a site where you can add yours and your friends and familys faces to funny pictures or celebritys bodys etc etc.

Have you done it as motivation??? or stuck an aspiring celeb body up to keep you going?

i was thinking of putting one on my fridge so when im having a bad day and fancy a binge i can look at the fridge and think about what i really want????


Its a bit of fun bu also ...could be very valuable motivating material??/
