Hi, I'm new to the forum and excited to get going on my journey of losing weight and getting healthier. I have been on many diets but this time I'm not dieting I am breaking my old habits and kicking up my exercise. I have 135 pounds to lose and I know this will take a long time. I am also going to keep my goals very small and celebrate each pound that I lose.

I am in my 40's and have a husband and one teenager. As far as the teen goes my daily motto is "And this too shall pass" and "Where did I put that silver lining????". My husband is very supportive and can't wait to have a skinny wife again. (yea me too lol). Well that's about all for now. See you in the forum.
