Heya guys!
I'm 19 years old and am currently studying overseas.
I'm piling on the weight because of bad eating habits, but I've always been consistently overweight.
Now that my 20th birthday is looming on the horizon, I want to lose weight and look good, not just for my birthday but for the rest of my life.
I'm 5 foot 6 and weigh about 180 pounds.
My ultimate goal is to get to around 120-130 pounds or to lose my thighs and beer belly.
I've done some prelim work to losing weight during december, but am seriously going to start, Jan 1st, 2012!
