My minimum goal is to maintain, with a high hopes goal to maybe lose another 12-17pounds. I've stopped being as accountable to the scale (and this thread) as I have been over the last 2 years of my journey, and I think I need to keep going. Maintenance is HARD!

Fall was almost maintenance for me (lost 6 pounds). I'm trying to be happy about that but still recommit to downward scale movement during this winter thread.
