I started the Body For Life program about a year ago and had some success with it... then I got dumped and gave up.

But the program itself is all on the website, Bodyforlife[dot]com. They give you nutrition advice, meal plan suggestions, tools (like BMI calculators, body fat calculators, etc), and an exercise program that you follow six days per week. It alternates between high intensity cardio workouts and weight training, and it walks you through everything step-by-step.
What methods are you using? I could really use all the help I can get!
