KERSPLASH!!!
Anyway....
I had my OMG moment months ago at the doctors office scale .. hitting over 400lbs OMG no no no.. something I thought that I would never see. It isn't as if I do not know how to eat healthily or that excercise would help, just I have choosen not to do those things. My moto was always that I was a healthy fluffy woman. Although I still eat healthier than most people I know. I actually had a co worker, ( while we were eating lunch together ) whom knew I was working on loosing weight, comment that she did not understand how I could be so heavy because I do not eat Huge amounts of food and eat decient types of food. I have had the tendancy for years that if I am not smelling something cooking or have to fix something for someone else I am just not hungry and do not eat. Which was not to lose weight, just what happened. Worse yet stress eating .. ugh.. lets just say I am still working on that one.
I do not have any medical condition at least not that the doctor could find to cause me to be so heavy. All the levels that they checked at normal. Thyroid, white blood cell, and diabetes tests all came back normal. I had those tests run when the doctors were trying to figure out why I was not having my period. They finally decided that it was just cause I was fat.

To me that felt like well we do not know so we will just say its because your fat.
I started in ernest to lose weight in August and was down to 389. When there was an office move end of September. Bad me ... I slipped and started eating again and am back to 397, which I think is mostly water because my ankles are swollen ( desk job and the computer chair that press the sides of my legs are sooo not my friend and one reason I feel I have to lose weight )
I am getting back in the pool party and for now I am going to work on eating lower calories. I take a full multi vitamin for women and a vitamin to suport metabolism and energy (it has green tea in it so there for I know it has caffine.. but I went off coffee and soda cold turkey)Before I was using Andrew Lessmans Secure ( protien meal replacement that the powder is about 74-90 calories per scoop by its self) to replace 1 to 2 meals a day. I mixed 1 scoop of the powder with 5 oz whole milk and 5 oz water and filled a 32 oz cup with ice( when I was feeling horrible and needed a pick me up a half squirt( 1/8 oz or aprox. 10 calories that somedays are just worth it *lol*) of Torani Tiramisu Flavored Syrup with the coffee powder or a little specialty dark baking cocoa powder which to me isn't bitter like traditional baking powder and I love dark chocolate so its perfect with the peanut butter powder plus at 10 calories for 1Tbsp its a good way for me to get my chocolate fix with out cracking out a dark chocolate peice of candy. Then I sipped one from 8 am til 12 and then would re-fill my glass and that would last me til the end of work. If my stomach growled or I felt hungry I would take a swig or two. Basically in my mind( unsure if there would be any truth in this that my drinking through out the day a small caloric intake at a time I would keep my body technically fed so that hopefully my metabolism will stay reasonable and I will burn more fat than lean muscle )If I have the time in the mornings instead of the morning drink I was making an breakfast sandwich of an english muffin (100cal), egg beaters(30 cal), pre sauted onions peppers carrots celery and a few herbs( 30 cal), and a slice or 2 of thin slice cold cut ( ham 30 cal) and if i wanted a half slice of cheese. I may do rolled oats in the morning even with the drink to get a kick in the morning ( but i really like it with raisins in it and that is a calorie killer ) Then for dinner I would eat a regular although smaller portioned dinner. All together with 2 drinks around 200 calories a peice and a dinner with water to drink. It normally came in around 1200 calories and I wasn't starving.
I am not currently worried about getting into excercising to much. Currently I go up and down the stairs at a decient clip several times a day at work with out getting winded and park on the far end of the parking lot to get more excercise. We also have stairs at the house that I go up and down several times a day.
I would like to loose a little weight before going into excercising to much.
I tried P90X ( I know what your thinking ... WHAT THE BEEP WERE YOU THINKING!!!! ) It actually wasn't that bad.. I can not do a push up or pull up to save my life and pylo made my knees hurt because of my weight.. I loved lifting the weights though and was good at it .. (I kept up in arms and used 16lb weights for most of it with no pain the next day... my co workers couldn't move their arms the next day on the same tape.. which I do not know why but it makes me feel pretty darn good

).. I kept my heart rate up and sweated a puddle on the floor. My Idea is even though I may not be able to keep up with those guys on all of the moves as long as I am moving I am doing good. For christmas I have gotten my 3 year old a Wii ( she has a blast playing my cousins Wii every time she is at their house and is probubly better then I am )

with the Wii Fit ( need to get down under 350 to use the balance board WAHHHH

... they need a "fat" person board they could even charge more I wouldn't mind!! ) and I got myself Zumba and Biggest Looser Challenge which I intend to gift to myself for christmas hahaha

MY BAD!! and several dance and fitness games for my daughter for later on birthday or something. I know that I will get roped into playing with her so it will help get my butt up off the couch. But I will be getting back to P90X. I want to get the Bowflex SelectTech dumbells that go from 2lbs to like 50lbs, because I have 8lb weights and I was having to hold both in one hand to make 16lbs and hit pause to get in more reps.
Uhhhhhhh... now that I have written a novel... hi nice to be here ....
