Smile New to 3FC on Ideal Protein

HI all!

I'm new to this forum and going into my second week of IP. I'm down 12 lbs and 2 inches and looking for motivation / support.

Hi and welcome! I'm fairly new as well. I'm in week five of phase one of IP and love it! So far you're doing really great. Be encouraged by all weight loss! A little or a lot is a big deal. You'll find this site has a great community of IP folks who share information that I've found to be invaluable. (Recipes, laughs etc.)

Keep up the great work! Check out the "daily chat" area...you'll find a great conversation of everything going on there.

Thanks so much Maggie! I'll try to check out the daily chat too. Sounds like you're also doing a great job. Do you happen to know if IP messes with your menstrual cycle?

Yes it does mess with your TOM. I don't know exactly how or why but and can change it...My coach mentioned it to me on day one and I didn't question why or how...I just figured I would figure it out when it happens...she also stressed to use two forms of birth control because it's very dangerous to get prego while on IP phase I...
