Default Hi Everyone!! I am FAT and I need to lose it. That is why i'm here, HELP ME OUT!! :)
Hi Everyone

Nice to join this forum. I have to introduce myself as a very FAT person and I tried so many methods to lose weight. Nothing did work for me. So ill be really happy to share my experiences with everyone. Last but not the least, I badly need to lose my fat. Please help me out!!!!

HI! Good Luck. I joined (rejoined, actually) today,too. You can do it! I just heard something inspirational today: for every disciplined effort there is a multiple reward. I have found that to be true. Just think about how wonderful it would be to be a normal weight! Best wishes!
