I've been a bit of a lurker.

I'm Debbie, 44 - Married for 14 years, Mom to 2 girls. 13 & 10. I'd love to lose 45 lbs before my 45th birthday next September.
I just amped up my workouts. Attempting to transition to a complete running program. Sort of my own C25K. I've run 9 miles this week which is a huge accomplishment for me. I'm pretty proud - and the weeks not over yet!
I've not been following any plan. I need something/someone to hold me accountable. Hoping I can find that here.
