Hi Everyone!
I just started my first day of induction, but reading through some of these posts, I realized that I didn't do it right. I had about 18g carbs and 1400 cals total. But I drank a protein shake (7g carbs) in one sitting. I ate no vegetables but ate about 200 cals worth of almonds and pistachios.
Reading through this site, it looks like protein shakes don't fly during induction? Also no nuts? Lastly, I should be getting 12-15g of carbs from veggies. Screwed up badly!

Why does it matter where I get these 20g of carbs from?
Are there any protein shakes that I can drink during induction? I really like the idea of drinking whey as a replacement for lunch when I'm at work since I never have time to pack my own lunch.
