i have lost a little weight since having my 4 month old son but my dieting has been a bit off and on since the birth and i have only just joined this site knowing that i am going to make a fresh start today and i am determined to get where i want to be.

with just over 4 wks until christmas i really want to lose a stone so i have a mini goal to aim for and with the socialising with friends and family gatherings it would be the best christmas present to feel like ive achieved something and get some confidence back.
