Hi all. I'm stopping here to introduce myself. I'm 33 and been overweight for the last 8 yrs. My first big lost was before I got pregnant with my daughter. I was down to 135 from 170. Once I got preggo and had a rough time I gained 60 lbs from bed rest and eating. After that I joined the gym and went faithfully 6 days a week. The weight melted away like butter....uuuuummmmm butter.... anywho life got involved, had some depressing times, and now I'm ready to get back to normal.
Hopefully I can stay motivated. I plan on running in a 5k next spring.......scratch that I AM running a 5k next spring.
Sorry for babbling on good luck to all the new comers........ can't wait to see 135.....
Welcome to the forum! You know it can be done, just takes work and dedication and I KNOW you can do it!
I hope to run a 5K next spring too! We can make that a common goal.
