Hiiii! My real name is Tara. I've lost weight a few times before but finding this time around to be the most difficult. Don't know if it's because I'm getting older or what, but here I am again for the 4th time trying to drop significant weight. I came up on this site while googling "zumba and knee pain". LOL I loved the name of the site and wanted to be down so here I am!

Looking forward to lending my support and getting the support of others as we strive to be healthy!
