This is totally new territory for me, usually it's me being let down.

Anyway, theres this guy at work, he's really sweet, but I don't fancy him at all. Even if I did have feelings for him I would NEVER date a co-worker. He's just sent me a message on facebook asking for my number, I barely know him so of course I could be wrong. I have no idea how to respond. I don't want him to get the wrong idea, but as we have to work together I don't want to upset him and make things awkward, and I would quite like to be friends.

Any ideas???

if it were me, i'd still give him my number and hang out if you really want to be friends with him. but make sure to explain in the beginning (if you're still getting the vibe from him that he likes you) that you're not into dating co-workers. that's what i'd do...personally
