Hello everyone!
im excited to begin my new weight loss journey!
Through the years ive struggled to get myself to where i want to be. I've lost weight and then gained it all back. And now that im hitting my twenties soon i want to get back to loosing more weight. I tend to have a hard time convincing myself that its worth the effort. I get easily side tracked and then decide nothing will work so i dont bother. I do on the other hand have a very supportive boyfriend who is always trying to keep me on track with things. Except for movies nights with giant bags of popcorn uggggh! lol.
hopefully i can receive the amount of support from you ladies that i need to finally reach my goals!
