Default 16 and new to 3fc!

Hi all! I have always been on the tall side, and a bit larger than most. In 7th grade I was 120, and I was devastated. I thought I was so fat! All my friends were under 100 pounds. I would kill to be that weight again! Ever since then, I have been slowly but surely been gaining weight. I'm now 5'6 and 157 pounds. I'm not "chubby" per say, but I am very wide in every aspect of my body. (wide shoulders, rib cage, hips, etc) I went to a nutritionist for a while and lost 5 pounds, but I didn't stick with it. I don't know why. I realized I can't let myself continue to slowly gain weight, so I'm going to LOSE the weight and KEEP it off! Also, I'm heading off to college in 2 years (where I will most likely gain a few pounds) so I want to get rid of the weight now! My issue is that I always say I'm going to eat healthy and work out, and i do, but only for a while. The longest time I've been "healthy" is for 3 weeks. Can anyone relate?

Also, sorry if this is a newbie question, but how do you make the graphs and trackers of how much weight you've lost? I feel like they'll be really helpful for me. Thanks!
