Hi all! Just joined the site this weekend. Still trying to figure things out, so bear with me.
Tomorrow I am taking my first step in getting my weight back under control. Over the last 18 years, I have gained and lost the same 100 pounds. Hopefully with the support of my new friends, I can drop this weight and get healthy. Looking so forward to making some long lasting friendships on here.
We have a ton of forums here, for all sorts of eating plans (calorie counters, whole foods, low carb, etc), age ranges, and goals, including the 100 lb club for those on their way to losing or who have lost 100 lbs or more.
