I have been here before off and on over the years mostly just reading, where did that get me NOWHERE I am the same weight I was when I started reading all the wonderful post by people who have made it to goal. ( By the way thank you to all who do post about your progress and goals.) So today 11/11/2011. I am going to do something about it. I am going to start off with calorie counting and weight watcher and see which one is for me. My starting weight is 239. If anyone has any advice I would love to hear it, as I start my journey. I really want to make this work, wish me luck !!
