Hi welcome RockemSockem. I just joined at the beginning of the month. Looks like you've already had some success to get to 243 from 270. How did you do that?
Thanks for the welcome BuffJim When the weather was nice, I was walking outside and doing high intensity interval training so now that winter is in full swing I've got to get a new workout routine. Food wise, just portion control and I take Alli with 1 - 2 meals a day.
