need a diet plan any ideas
hey guys i need ur help i dont know how to begin to start a diet. Im new to this whole thing haha this is my story im a 26 year old stay at home mom. Im the mother to a beautifull two year old. Problem is the fat from my pregnancy is still here and gettin worse. Before i had my daughter i was 135 n now i am 179 and i feel horrible so i got my workout squared away n now i just need a diet plan but one thats affordable and safe for a mother who breastfeeds yes i know tmi but i have to take all precautions so if you have any suggestions i would love to hear them
