Default Life in the Lifeboat - 10 days at a time #3

The original 100 days is over. There were a number of suggestions to break this in to smaller segments - so here we go!

Let's see how we can handle this 10 days at a time. This is not a "challenge" but a place for accountability to ourselves and support.

What's your plan for this 10 day segment?

Got new oars and a dry life jacket. I'm ready for 10 days in the boat. I'm sticking to journaling every bite and trying to stay away from using extra WW point. The first I've been good with. The second was better but I still need to work on mindless eating.

The last 10 days could have been better, but I am ready for this next 10 days.

My plan is to track everything I eat on livestrong. Stay under my calorie goal. Exercise at least four times a week for thirty minutes.

I've been doing well, but did have two days over my calorie goal last week. I can't make that a habit. I'm making NEW habits over here.

Hey, all, I'm in the boat for this round. Sticking to my calorie goal and doing 10 minutes of intentional exercise a day. I've TOTALLY lost my exercise habit--I was up to half and hour or more daily over the summer--and I've got to get it back. Haven't exercised yet, but I'll check in before bed to report a dry day.

Off to a good start. Going continue with my plan paying special attention to sodium.
Gonna need extra strength not to do any emotional eating. My mom is in the hospital due to a fall she took at the ALF. Prayers would be appreciated!

I did ok last 10 day but scales are still hanging tight. I started adding in exercise and will continue that. I plan to increase the amount every few days. I also need to watch sodium. I also need to track fiber. I know Im not getting enough! oh yeah and track water in me...not around me! lol

Yesterday was a dry day for me as well. I am finding that im eating too many calories in the evening meal. I will start working on that today.

Dry here. Had a struggle choosing diet soda over sugared one for 10 sec at a lunch benefit at work. I made the correct choice and didn't go for the sugar.

I'm doing great at eating no vending machine candy.

I think in my next lifeboat stint, I'm going to focus on more protein and less carbs. My protein intake has been abysmal!!

Hugs,
Ratkity
