As for me, my trainer has me starting the Paleo plan as soon as I can go to Whole Foods tomorrow night for 30 days. It's pretty much the caveman diet (lean organic meats, fruits, veggies, and mostly no dairy or grains) So... I'll be moody and starving right there with ya for these first few days, ha ha!!!
