Hi 3FC members. I am new to joining the forum as of this month. I around 165 now, trying to get down to 130 lbs. I hit an all time high of 177 lbs not too long ago, and then found the livestrong site, where I learned about counting calories. I counted calories for a whopping 3 weeks, lost five pounds, and the forgot about my diet for a couple months.
Well now, I have a trip coming up in January, and it is in Central America - and I want to look GOOD on the beach.

I have't felt good about my body in YEARS, and I need to take control of the situation before I am 30 August of next year. Since browsing this site, I have lost additional weight and now fluctuate between 163-165.
Soo....my goal is to get below 150 before I go on my trip in January, and then slowly lose weight until I have my normal BMI. The community here is great, and I am happy and proud to be a part of it. Talk to you all on the journey to self-improvement.
