Hi I am going to Panera Bread tonight with my daughter..any ideas on what to eat there on Phase 1? Obviously, NO bread lol but I was thinking about the Asian Chicken green salad without the dressing and croutons. Does anyone have any information that, as to how they cook the chicken on the salad etc.? Thanks very much.

look it up on the internet.....here is what the nutritional value is and tells you what is on it...

If you go there you can pull up all of the salads and you can deduct what you can't have and it gives you the "new" value without the other stuff....really resourceful

you are welcome, I wish ALL restaurants would do that, would make eating out so much more helpful
