Glad to here from you. I know how you feel. I recommend you design your plan. Thats what I did. You could start as little as 3 or 5 smaller meals a day. And then expand as you go along. I chose last January to keep a food diary and count calories. After i lost some, i started low impact exercies. I have lost 86, down from 350 to 265. My motto is keep it simple.
