Default From a very restrictive diet to this...Part II
I asked earlier in the week what everyone thought that my first week with WW would be like. I was on a VERY restrictive diet before this and was worried that I would gain weight for a few weeks when starting with WW.

I'm so happy to say that my first weigh in was today and I've lost 1.8 lbs.!
