Default How much more should I lose (set my goal)?

Hi I started weight watchers July 2010 and since then have lost about 50 lbs but now i'm not sure what to set my goal as. I don't want to be really skinny because I like having curves. I'm thinking of losing maybe 10 more but not too sure. I'm 5'6-5'7 and my weight is about 170 lbs 36dd 30 waist and 43 hips

Also I've been struggling losing weight the past 3-4 months, only lost about 8 lbs where I was losing about 1 lb a week. I havent been doing anything differentl, i'm still doing WW and following my points so i cant figure out why its so slow. any help on either would be lots of help:) Thanks!

I think health is more important than Curves.

Well, you have two options. You can either lose the additional 10 and see how you feel about it, or stay where you are if you're happy with it.

It sounds like you might be having diet burnout, which is understandable. But to simply maintain your new weight you need to continue with what you're doing now. Weight loss slows down when you get closer to goal...to the point you may only lose 1lb per month.

If you honestly don't want to lose any more then don't. But you still need to count weigh and measure everything you eat.

If it were me in this situation, I'd maintain where your're at right now for 2-3 months. During this time the body still goes through redistribution, especially if you are exercising. My husband has been plateauing at 165 for about a month now, but it looks as if he's lost another 8 pounds or so. Pants we bought him a month ago are a little loose on his waist now. So give it some time to see how you really feel at this weight before making the decision to stay here or lose more.
