weekly chat~ 10/10-10/17
hi all! i noticed that it's been awhile since this board has had a weekly chat-- so i decided to start one.
how is everyone doing?
this weekend i restarted my running and kept with my calories, but i still showed a gain! judging from what i ate, it HAS to be water-- it would be impossible to have accidentally eating 7000 calories. Yesterday i went to a baked potato potluck-- i was proud of myself because i contributed a veggie platter with some low fat dip.
i only ate a very small potato with light sour cream and chives, a quarter cup of chili and a half cup of pumpkin soup-- i portioned my calories so that i had 700 left by dinnertime (half my allottment), and i worked out with my xbox kinect at home before we went.
that's why this "gain" is still frustrating!
