Congratulations on the weight you've lost so far and all the best on reaching your goal! This certainly is a great forum.
I, too, love low-carb dieting. I don't follow any particular low-carb diet, but it is the the only way for me to lose weight and not get cravings, so most of my foods are high in protein. I will still eat a couple slices of spelt bread and one or two fruits most days of the week. Otherwise I get too weak and leg cramps from a lack of potassium.
