Hi Im new and looking for people to come on my Journey.... eeeeeeek!!

    Im Luan. I have decided to start a new diet phase for me today. I usually follow the WW pro plus diet so thats what Im sticking to as I know it best I have lost about 1 st 4 lbs lately and still have a fair old way to go.

    I am joining the gym on wednesday to hopefully give me more motivation. I have lost weight in the past 4- 5 stones and put it back on.
    This time I want to keep it off so thought I'd turn to a support forum to help. I cant attend classes as my shift patterns at work are erratic.
    I work 12 hour shifts at the local hospital as a maternity support worker. Here's to losing more weight ladies xxx

    I have a cowker who has lost quite a bit of weight on the WW online program so I have seen it work.
    With your long shifts, meal and snacking planning is going to be very important to sticking to your eating plan.
    I hope you enjoy your gym! It is sometimes a struggle for me to exercise but I definitely feel better when I do.
    There is a forum on this site just for WW followers, you will probably find some really good advice and recipes on that thread.
