I have to be careful around Skinny Cow products... especially some of those new chocolate candies they came out with!

skinny cow def makes me want to eat a lot more sweets! They're too good. My favorite is lower-cal food is probably turkey bacon. I love BLTs with 35 calorie bread!

kelly-I hear ya! I have the exact same problem and can definitely relate. Skinny cow anything is very good, but I guess for me, too good. I have to leave all of that kind of stuff alone. For me, it's not that the piece of cake, pie, or whatever that does me in, it's the fact that if there is more than 1 in the house, I have to eat all of them.

It's similar to the whole "Entenmann's fat free palooza" of the 80's. Hey, they had fewer calories, so of course, you could eat more of them. If it was as simple as being able to stop at one of anything, I would have never been morbidly obese.

Does Diet Coke count?

Weight Watchers Lemon Cream Cakes are like Zingers, but lemon. So very awesome.

Powerade Zero is the only sports drink I can stand.

Jimmy Johns "Thinny" chips are better than the regular ones.

I'm not sure; I've only noticed them during the past six months, but before then, I only cared about the salt and vinegar chips. They really only come into play when I let myself go to Jimmy John's, anyway.

Roasted brussel sprouts. Mmm, they are a fall veggie, so should be seeing some cheap and delicious sprouts at the store. I love them when they come on stalks!

I like all types of beans. The fiber in them helps keep me full and satisfied so I eat less.
