Hello everyone,
my name is Valerie, I'm 23 and I'm from Canada. I started losing weight a little over 2 years ago. I started at about 195 (although it might have been higher, I didn't have a scale at the time) and just had enough about my weight. I tried to lose it in the healthiest way possible so I did a lot of exercise, tracked my calories, learned to eat normally and in the end I changed my habits...and guess what, I lost almost 60 pounds!

I still can't believe how much it changed me physically and I might be posting a before/after picture some day. At some point I was 136 pounds, but gained back a few pounds. I still have body image issues, but I intend to change that. Now I want to get to approximately 130 pounds and already started loosing in the past weeks. So that was my story!
I've been reading this forum for a while and hope to find support and continue reading inspiring stories. Thanks to all!
