Smile My fat's spent too much time in the Slammer!

Hey, everyone!
So, I'm not new to weight loss at all. I became obese at age eight, and over the years it aided numerous health problems in ruining my life. I've tried to lose weight before, but always gave up after hitting a plateau, but not this time! I am insulin resistant, have PCOS, and was on the verge of developing an ulcer until I started trying to lose weight on January 2, 2011. I began my weight-loss journey weighing 203.5 pounds, and have since lost over 30 lbs. I am almost out of the obese range, but I need some support to keep losing weight. I'm hoping to reach goal weight by Valentine's Day. I look forward to both giving and getting support

Hey you, congratulations on your success. you must have already seen benefits of weightloss. Try to think about that when you feel little out of mood. You will definitely reach your goal. By now, you must be enjoying smaller sizes of clothes. We whole community of 3FC is with you.
Write what benefits you have experienced. Also if you are writing food journal try to see which foods benefit you more. Are you exercising?

DeeDee- thank you so much! Congratulations on your own weight loss, too!
puneri-- Thank you very much! I'd never thought of writing out the benefits-- that's a great idea. I do keep a food journal-- I write down what I eat, how much, and the calories/carbs/protein/fiber. I do exercise six days a week. For now, I only do 40 minutes of cardio, but I also plan on adding weight training as a reward for myself once I reach the 40 lbs lost mark.
