@ liliesinmycereal- it does feel a little weird because I have so many people telling me I can stop losing weight now, and I will be anorexic, but they fail to realize I look thinner than I am because ofhe weight training. When I started losing I was at 36.98 BMI and in the obese range, but now at 138 I am at 24.48 BMI. That is still a little to much for my liking. Yes I am in the healthy weight range, but the high end. For my height I should be between 104 and 141. I am not comfortable being that close to the overweight range. My goal is 125 which puts me right in the middle, that way if I dip to 120 I am not too thin, but if I go up it won't be as threatening to go to into overweight range. I know people mean well, but at the same time my goal is what it is. This isn't a diet its a lifestyle change.

So 8 months in, lost 68 pounds so far. Came off real easy in begining, but now its a struggle, but will come off.
