The first time I did phase one was uncomfortable! I had way too many eggs and they did unmentionables to me. My husband laughs about it but I still blush but passing gas was enough to make ME want to leave, it was sulfuric!
This time I realized I needed to have more than just eggs or a primarily egg dish. I'll do half protein from eggs and then the rest from turkey sausage or something. If I have something with broccoli or cabbage (typical culprits for me!) I try to balance it with cheese.
So far it's worked for me. I'd say I'm a bit, uh, gassier than before but it's not bad enough to deter me from two (or 3?) weeks of phase one.
