Trying to lose weight while on heart meds...ugh...
My weight is just out of control right now...I have been over weight forever but this is the heaviest. I recently found out that the symptoms I have had since I was a kid are caused by a heart issue so now I am taking medication that makes my heart rate slower and my energy level close to zero...hoping there are some others out there with similar issues that have found a way to make it work and can share their experience. Even if I have no luck finding them I am glad to be a part of a group who knows what it's like to struggle with weight and love the support that I have read on this site. Good luck everybody!
You might be able to find people with similar struggles under the Dieting with Obstacles section just to start you off.
There are a ton of different support areas filled with friendly and encouraging members. We may not all have the same methods or paths, but we love to see people succeeding at their goals!
