Recently(while trying to play Tennis with my brothers, go figure) I've realized how overweight I really am, how hard it is to live this way and how I can't possibly be the only one with this problem. Someone has succeeded so it has been done. Why can't I do it?
Anyway, going to start with some mild exercises tomorrow morning(started working out 2 days ago) and hopefully this time I can keep myself motivated.
Current weight is 228-
Starting weight(2days ago) 231.
Goal weight(for now)- 150.
