Back on the wagon. Hopefully for good.

  • A few months ago I psyched myself into wanting to lose weight. I was super excited about it. Downloaded exercise videos, bought my first scale, downloaded a nifty calorie program on my desktop...talked to my boyfriend about how my weight really made me feel;then I never actually got to doing anything.
    Recently(while trying to play Tennis with my brothers, go figure) I've realized how overweight I really am, how hard it is to live this way and how I can't possibly be the only one with this problem. Someone has succeeded so it has been done. Why can't I do it?
    Anyway, going to start with some mild exercises tomorrow morning(started working out 2 days ago) and hopefully this time I can keep myself motivated.
    Current weight is 228-
    Starting weight(2days ago) 231.
    Goal weight(for now)- 150.
