Welcome to 3FC =)

Keep stepping forward. Sometimes we feel like doing it, sometimes we don't. It's natural to the ebb and flow of life. But, regardless of how we feel, we still have to do it.

There are plenty of ways to do that. We can keep the change permanent by joining a challenge, or by scheduling in time for workouts, by planning ahead, and by always returning to healthier habits even if we make a mistake along the way.

Glad you've joined us =) It's a great place to connect with others who are aiming to change their lives and get healthier.

Best of wishes on your journey!

Thanks for the welcome Out of curiosity serenity, what is that on your signature? Is that how long you can do the machines and how much you lift? I was looking at that thinking that might be a good idea for me to do to keep track of my progress....though for the "eliptical" i'll need a 2 minute check cuz i cant do that machine to save my life. LOL
