Hey Everybody...I've been absent for quite awhile, from here and my good sense unfortunately! I had lost 19 lbs, stopped counting and exercising, and gained 14 of it back Anywho, I'm on track again and have been for 7 days and I feel great!! Not hungry at all and feel so much better when I exercise!! I feel so good when I know I’m doing the right things for my body; it makes me wonder why I fall off the wagon to begin with!!
hi and welcome back. isnt that the worst? this happens to me weekly, i manage to lose during the week but gain most during the weekend LOL it's terrible! i'm working on that. we need to get it together! lol
