Welcome to 3FC =)
First of all, congratulations on wanting to make changes and add in healthier habits.
Secondly, it's not necessarily to aim for complete perfection. EVERYONE makes a mistake from time to time. Down in the maintenance area of the forums, there are people who've lost a ton of weight and there are still days they make a food choice that could've been better. However, this is life. That means sometimes we'll plan for a piece of cake, or sometimes we'll end up getting a fast food meal even if we didn't really want it.
None of those things, though, are excuses for going back to ALWAYS eating that way. Since you've been lurking, you'll notice there's a lot of positive talk about owning up to a mistake or poor choice, but then immediately doing better the very next meal/chance.
It's so true! Make realistic changes you know you can keep to start, and build up from there.

You can do this, and we'd love to help support you and keep you accountable.
Post and participate wherever and whenever you're comfortable.
