I have noticed that despite losing over twenty pounds my thighs are stubbornly holding on to the flab - I am even getting worried they are getting bigger!
I know weight lose will be uneven but it is driving me mad! Does anyone else have stubborn fat deposits that refuse to budge?
Yes, even thinner woman can have stubborn pockets of fat that seem to not budge, lol. You just have to keep at it. I upped my cardio and tightened my diet and that seemed to help. Also, the old saying is true - first on, last off. Just a thought.
My thighs are usually the last to go too! I'll lose 2inches each in my waist and hips before 1/2inch comes off my thighs. Be patient and consistent, it will come off eventually.
