Smile New and Feeling Kinda Down

I've finally gotten fed up of being mocked by my scale and am working on shifting about 30lbs or more but am feeling a bit down today... Found out the cute trainer I had a teeny crush on at the gym is taken, got home from the gym to find my dog destroyed a CHAIR, and then my sister sent me a picture of her new love interest. Perhaps I was just being petty, but I had a meltdown anyways. Don't want to talk to any family members about my day b/c they just get put out so I thought I'd turn to my sistas at 3FC Any words of encouragement would make me feel so much better. Just to know that I'm not completely alone on these rough days...
*on a lighter note I didn't make an emergency ice cream run to soothe my wounds :P

Good days come and go. Bad days come and go. Our reactions to them are all that matter.

You bravely chose to avoid one of the biggest pitfalls we see... a bad day leading to a bad choice where we try to make ourselves feel better with food. Nope. You kept your head up. Despite the melancholy day you've made the best of it, and you can continue to make the best of them all going forward

Life happens -- But its the decisions you make when it does happen that really determine who you are going to be. Great to hear your reaction was not to eat. Stay strong.
