Hi I came on to this forum over a year ago and I had lost 40 lbs. I stopped perusing the board... and I've gained 50 lbs in the last year.

I feel like I need a support system of some kind, so I came back here.

I look forward to getting to know you and to LOSING WEIGHT TOGETHER!

i am sorry for your weight gain, but this tells how importance is maintenance after reaching a target.

don't let this hinder you, and try to figure out a maintenance plan to follow after reaching your target.
